Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Enyanei Einaim Ltd. ("the clinic" or "we"), the owner of the database holding the personal information collected through the site. Our branches are at 141 Ahuza St., 1st floor, Raanana, and Pozin Centre, 124 Ahuza St., Raanana. For any privacy-related matter, contact us by phone at 09-7743418 or by email at Orders@einaim.biz.
What information we collect and why
- Contact and appointment-request forms: name, phone, email, the branch you selected, the content of your message, the time of the enquiry and the page it was sent from. This is used to answer your enquiry and schedule an appointment.
- Newsletter sign-up: email address, name (optional) and your confirmation that you agree to receive marketing emails. This is used to send updates, tips and offers.
- Digital assistant (chat): the content of the messages you send in the chat, in order to generate a reply. The conversation is not stored in the clinic's databases.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type and pages viewed, collected automatically by the site infrastructure and service providers for operation, security and reliability.
We do not ask for medical information through the website. Please do not include diagnoses, test results or other sensitive medical details in the forms or the chat; we will ask you to share these in person or in a direct conversation with the clinic team. Medical information is information of special sensitivity, and if you nevertheless provide it we will handle it in accordance with the law. Clinical information collected at our branches as part of providing care is managed separately, in accordance with the law and the clinic's procedures.
Are you required to provide information
Providing information is not required by law and is done voluntarily. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed so that we can get back to you; without them we cannot handle your enquiry. Choosing not to provide information will not prevent you from browsing the site.
Who receives your information
We do not sell personal information and do not pass it to third parties for their own use. Information is passed to service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to provide the service:
- The site's infrastructure and database providers (Lovable and Supabase): hosting the site, enquiries and the subscriber list.
- Email delivery service (Resend): forwarding an enquiry submitted through a form to the email inbox of the selected branch.
- Artificial-intelligence provider (OpenAI models, through Lovable's AI gateway): processing chat messages.
- UserWay: the site's accessibility widget.
- Google: fonts (Google Fonts) and embedded maps (Google Maps). Loading these components exposes your IP address and browser data to Google.
We will also disclose information where required by law or by an order of a competent authority, or to protect our rights. Links to external sites and services (such as WhatsApp and Facebook) are subject to the privacy policies of those parties.
Transfer of information outside Israel
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Israel. Any such transfer is made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001, and we choose providers that maintain security and data-protection measures.
The digital assistant (chat)
The digital assistant is based on artificial intelligence and is not a person. It provides general information only, may make mistakes and does not constitute medical advice. Please do not share identifying details or medical information in the chat. Chat messages are sent to the AI service provider in order to generate a reply and are not stored in the clinic's databases.
Marketing emails
We will send you marketing emails only if you have given explicit consent by ticking a dedicated box on the sign-up form. Consenting to marketing is not a condition for receiving services from the clinic. Marketing messages will be marked with the word "Advertisement" ("פרסומת"), will include the sender's details and a way to opt out. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in a message or by writing to us at Orders@einaim.biz, and we will stop sending promptly.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser local storage (localStorage) for basic operation, such as remembering your choice in the cookie banner and that you dismissed the chat bubble, and technologies required for site administrators to sign in. The embedded Google Maps on the site are loaded only after you approve, because loading them exposes your IP address and browser data to Google and may set cookies. The site's fonts (Google Fonts) and the UserWay accessibility widget always load, and the widget may store your accessibility preferences in your browser. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site, and you can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If we begin using analytics or measurement tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent as required.
Information security
We apply reasonable security measures in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and the sensitivity of the information, including: access to enquiries and the subscriber list is limited to authorised persons, and communication with the site is secured (HTTPS). Even so, no transmission or storage of information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
Enquiries sent through the site are kept for up to 24 months from the most recent enquiry, and are then deleted or anonymised, unless longer retention is required by law or to manage an existing customer relationship, subject to the clinic's procedures. Newsletter subscriber details are kept until you ask to be removed.
Your rights
You may ask to review the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to have it deleted or to stop its use, and to withdraw at any time a consent you have given, subject to the law. Contact us at Orders@einaim.biz or by phone at 09-7743418 and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing information. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Minors
The site is intended for adult users. An enquiry on behalf of a minor should be submitted by the minor's parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page, with the date of the latest update.
